Twitter has released an updated mobile app that brings in two new features – photo tagging and attaching multiple photos in a tweet. Twitter says that you can tag up to 10 people in a photo and it will not affect the character count in the related tweet, that means it will not add to the 140 characters. The tagged people will get notification, which you can control through Settings.

The second update is that you can include up to 4 photos in a single tweet. The photos will automatically create a collage and then you can tap it to slide through the images in full size. Both the new features will be displayed in embedded tweets. The second feature is hitting iOS devices first and coming soon to both Android and the website.
