China based smartphone maker Meizu made its Indian debut in May last year with the launch of the feature loaded M1 note. In August last year, the company launched the M2 note in the country, with slightly upgraded innards. Now, today the company has launched the M2 note’s successor, the m3 note in India. The phone comes with a fingerprint sensor, a more powerful processor and a bigger battery than its predecessor.

The Meizu m3 note sports an appealing metal unibody design. The fingerprint sensor of the phone is integrated into the mTouch v2.0 home button. The phone boasts a 5.5-inch full HD LTPS 2.5D curved glass display, and runs Flyme OS 5.1, which is based on Android 5.1 Lollipop. Performance is handled by a 1.8GHz octa-core Media Tek Helio P10 processor, aided by a Mali T860 GPU. You get 3GB of RAM and 32GB storage, expandable by another 128GB  via microSD.

The camera department on the m3 note includes a 13-megapixel, f/2.2 rear shooter with phase detection autofocus, a dual-tone LED flash, and a 5-megapixel, f/2.0 selfie snapper. In terms of connectivity, the device offers 4G LTE, hybrid dual-SIM slots, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. The handset is fuelled by a beefy 4,100mAh battery.

The MEIZU m3 note has been priced at Rs 9,999, and will come in gold, silver, and grey. The phone will be available exclusively on Amazon starting May 31st.
